Specifically formulated to give the same color as the lipstick, these long-lasting lip pencils can as well be used to draw a precise contour but also as a base for an infallible hold of your lipstick.
Start the application at the centre of the lip and then outline lips to contour. Then use the brush to apply your lipstick or gloss.
